	Only split_cgi_output was ever run. The handler, which builds the CGI environment, guards the asset directory, caps the body, times cgit out, turns a failed run into a 500 and answers HEAD, ran in no test at all. The server listens on a port the system picks, so parallel runs cannot collide.
