Percent-encode a submodule path in its linkBryce Kwon-0/+18
A module-link template takes the path as the tree names it, so a path holding a space or a byte past ASCII gave an href that broke there. The url is now encoded the way a clone url is.
Check submodule links by revision, path and urlBryce Kwon-32/+118
Every request viewed HEAD and every gitlink sat at the top level, so a link read from the wrong revision's .gitmodules, or looked up by the shown name rather than the full path, passed. The other url schemes, the whole-component rule, the other forges, the templates that take precedence and the submodule page had no test, and the gitlinks pointed at the parent's own commit rather than one of subtarget's.
Move the later tests to the config writersBryce Kwon-2/+2
The one-line request wrappers go with them. Configs with several repositories, a key out of place on purpose, the cache on or no repository of their own stay written out.
Work out each gitlink's target onceBryce Kwon-7/+1
Test bodies run in the main shell, so the target named in the fixture reaches every check that greps for it.

The numbering walks outward from the ground the suite stands on. - t000x for the git version, html validity and the cache - t01xx for page content, one script per page - t02xx for filters, submodule links, dates and limits, which cut across pages - t03xx for defence, the security regressions and the $HOME promise - t04xx for the helper tools under tools/
